I will offer up just a few small snips

    John Q. Adams (1767-1848)

"...treachery and violence are taught as principles of religion."

    Theodore Roosevelt (1858-1919)

"...the Christians of Europe possessed the warlike power to do what the Christians of Asia
and Africa had failed to do --that is, to beat back the Moslem invader."

    G.A. Henty (1832-1902)

[In the following quote he was not specifically addressing Islam --but the same principle applies.]

"The courage of our forefathers has created the greatest empire in the world around a small and
in itself insignificant island; if this empire is ever lost, it will be by the cowardice of their descendants."

    Winston Churchill (1874-1965)

"No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science --the science against which it had vainly struggled --the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome."

Islam is a religion spread by force and violence. Judaism is a religion not interested in recruiting you, except to Atheism by force of law. Christianity is spread by peace.

Really? Please furnish some facts to substantiate your assertion.

You want facts for the elephant in the room? Prove you're not trolling, and try to refute my assertion.

Smyth, if you can't substantiate your assertion --then your assertion is false.

Judaism is at its core alright with the belief that they are still the chosen people of God, are to live in this life in a right fashion, but do not see their mandate to evealgelize others!

The Talmud doesn't teach "chosen people", it teaches people vs. non-people.

The New Testament gives me the impression that Jews were rather evangelistic. Jesus mentioned the Pharisees and the Scribes traveling over land and sea to win converts. In Acts 2, there's an impression of huge number of coverts to Judaism and Jews with non-Hebrew heritage.

So, if Jews do not see their mandate to Evangelize others, then what do they prefer for others? As I said: Atheism. And, look, what do we see? (Rippon would sooner gouge his eyes out than open them.)

Judaism has really not much to say on after life, as it is mainly rooted in how to behave and act right here and now, and Isreal was to have been a witness, but they had gotten to the place of just let everyone come to us....
