    The card shows the part of the historic district of Crabtown from the city dock.

    Crabtown had four signers of the Declaration of Independence; William Paca, Thomas Stone, Samuel Chase and Charles Carroll.

    Crabtown is the home port in the USA for round-the-world solo sailors. These folk are different.

    Crabtown is the only town in the USA that has both a sail boat and a power boat show with all the boats in the water.

    Crabtown has more sail boats in the water than just about any town in America.

    Crabtown is the home port of the last oyster/crab working five log skipjacks.

    Crabtown is the county seat in a county with over 3000 miles of shoreline.

    Crabtown is where many of the PT boats used in World War II was built at the Trumpy Boatyard.

    Crabtown has its own symphony orchestra and its own ballet group.

    Crabtrown has two great colleges that could not be more different.

    Crabtown is also known as Nap Town.

    Crabtown was the capitol of the US from November 1783 until January 1784.

    Crabtown is where the Treat of Paris was signed.

    Crabtown is where George Washington resigned his commission from the Continental Army.

    Crabtown has something like 23 French soldiers buried on the campus of St. John's College who died helping the colonists during the Revolutionary War.

    Crabtown, the home of the best Blue Crabs in the world.

    We've been to both boat shows there. :) It's only a little distance from my daughter in Washington DC so we will probably go to the power boat show again next year. We are looking towards ending our sailing career and starting our trawler career.
