    Brother, this is neither the place nor the time to discuss the topic of a prophet! This OP is about Trump's speech! I merely touched upon the subject in debating the response of another member!

    Maybe some day we will debate what you are curious about! However, for you to cast dispersion towards me, is no different than what took place in 1 Kings 1:1-10. God and God alone know whom He has called, and whom He has anointed! I see the attempts to cast doubt more jealousy then honest interest in understanding the gift. Who gives the gift? How the gift is manifested. And more importantly, the gifts place within the family of God and how it is used to help and assist others in coming to a better understanding of God's work throughout his or her life!

    Now as I said above, in another post, leave it! I do not take my gift lightly, and I would hope you would be respectful, even though you have your views, there are others, and views like yours are similar to mine. I had a Road to Damascus experience when it came to this gift, and like Paul, I went about trying to EXPOSE and cause harm to those who claimed to have the gift! One must first be there, to REALLY understand things, and like with Paul, many didn't want to believe him either!

    You are so quick and witty!! Never stop being you ITL as I am sure you have a gift that serves many!

    ITL, your response to the Trump speech is reminiscent of what the Israelite people said to their leaders after they had been warned of the coming doom for their own sins against God and their social injustices.

    I can get the same message about the sad state of the nation from any of Trump's previous campaign speeches. Any of them. Including the mother of all doom-and-gloom speeches, his acceptance speech at the RNC. We know where Trump stands on the US being a "third world country".

    I am critiquing this Inauguration speech. This is the topic of the thread, not your perceived comparison of me to ancient Israelites.

    Trump gives lousy speeches. This was a lousy speech.
