Just heard it on GSN... Tuesday at 6pm, George Takei from Startrek fame, and his "husband" will be the first gay couple ever on the Newlywed Game...

I sent in my complaint to GSN... I would advise you to do the same.. let them know that we know how to use a remote!...

    "Dear Sirs -

I don't watch your game show because I think it's embarrassing and demeaning to the couples but now I REALLY won't watch it."

    LOL

That's just a sign of the times Tim. I'm certainly not surprised. :(

I heard about this several weeks ago. I have never watched GSN. I haven't been interested in game shows in decades.

    This show is still on?

Well, maybe they've realized that nobody cares. Time for a new audience.

We have watched GSN on and off for some time.. I never liked the Newlywed show.. because of it's vulgarity... but other shows like Deal or No Deal, Family Feud, Lingo, Etc... they are good filler shows when nothing else is on TV that is any good...

But no more... I will pass that channel by and told them so. If thousands do the same.. the Newlywed show may be canceled. I hope anyway.

If Christians would boycott the trash TV and most of the trash out of Hollywood perhaps we might have an impact.

Better yet, DO WATCH the show, then write the sponsors and tell them you will not buy their product until they cancel their contract with the Newlywed Game.

    YOu are right Salty...

Some here were quick to do that to Glenn Beck, when Beck was only telling the truth...

    Where is the outrage now?

Could it be that secretly, some Baptist liberals support gay marriage?

Yeah I don't think this is it.

There is only so much outrage one can voice before they have to realize that there is a bigger issue at play.

I don't care that this game show has decided to host a homosexual couple. I really don't. I'm no longer surprised, I'm no longer outraged...I just am surprised it hasn't happened yet.

Most Americans are opposed to homosexuality and even more to homosexual marriage. Yet the media doesn't care, they have pushed their agenda. Look at most of new shows out, homosexual couples are completely in the mix. The media elites don't care about your voice, your wallet, or your letters. They are deadset on pushing their culture.

For most Christians and citizens they realize this conundrum and just ignore the issue. At this point the media elites are running the issue into the ground. Yet they haven't really changed public opinion.

I trust all Baptists want happy marriages. Now, if you support a homosexual marriage, then I contend you cannot be a (Bible-believing) Baptist

Wrong. They have succeeded totally in changing public opinion. Ask any student in a public high school. They simply don't care if someone is a homosexual and see absolutely nothing wrong with it... this from kids born and raised in a good christian environment too. They are succeeding in taking control, it's too late to stop it.

Why would I bother boycotting a game show neither I nor anybody else watches?
