    Biden has a knack for saying the wrong things. He told the Ukraine that we were going to go down the road with them--sounds like we are going into Russian domination also:

    Yet another thread that needs to be closed. We don't have to like what he says or does, but it is inappropriate for the Body of Christ to disparage someone that God has placed in authority just because we disagree with their politics.

    I'm with you here. Name-calling is commonly practiced here on the BB. Sat/Nep perfected the art form. He loved dishing out reprehensible names like :nitwit,bonehead,idiot,clown,POS,slug,slob and a lot of other unsavory epithets.

    Joe Biden is not a favorite of mine. I could list things he has said which are silly,rude and unbecoming of his office. But calling him and other politicians and public figures demeaning names is not the way to go for a Christian. Sometimes I wonder if name-callers here actually care for the souls of those they are castigating.

    Looking at Crabtownboy's numerous posts calling conservatives evil, racist, and other such, people ask him to back up his statements, yet nobody ever tells him the thread needs to be deleted because it doesn't respect the office holder. Here, I've backed up my statement, and have given my opinion.

    If you don't like it, then probably the problem lies within yourself.

    That would be a resounding NO. Yet the OP will come back and say that I have a holier than thou approach when dealing with the Body of Christ. But I just expect the Body of Christ to reflect Jesus. And there is constantly nothing that reflects Christ on this board and out of the church that reflects Christ when it comes to politics.

    Wonder when the last time was that Joe Biden was prayed for by the starter of this post if he thinks he's such a moron? Sadly the responses coming out of the church when it comes to politics and political leaders is the same thing that you hear coming out of the guttered mouths of the unsaved.

    If Joe Biden doesn't know Christ, he has an excuse. What excuse does one, who professes to know Christ yet continues to disobey His commands and going so far as to justify the disobedience, have?

    My prayer life is nobody's business, and any criticism of it is based on ignorance, or hatred, and I see no reason to defend myself against such evil.
