[Name calling removed] the word is the beginning of a noun clause which does restrict its meaning to those of whom it is predicated. If "anyone" is to be accursed, do you volunteer in order to make your statement correct? (I'm not sure whether to hope so.)

ANYONE means ANYONE. So it's ANYONE who commits the action. It does not omit.

    Try again.

If that person is ill, handicapped or elderly and cannot care for themselves, then yes I advocate helping them without requiring them to work. Do you?

Did Paul? Does God, presuming he wrote through Paul?
Do I? I suppose, since I'm handicapped-- placard and all-- and still work. At a family gathering my niece told me about some woman she knows who is-- "if she's handicapped, not very"-- and, comparing her to me, "milks the system" successfully. She didn't say anything about a lawyer, but a liar and a lawyer--not one and the same, this time-- make a good display of your position.

    Yes, he would help them as we see in his letter to the Galatians;

    Galatians 2:10

All they asked was that we should continue to remember the poor, the very thing I had been eager to do all along.

Why would you not help them?

That depends on what kind of help. I'm not about to hand over money to some jackass panhandlers. I've told my story before as to how I learned better and the type of enabler I was a few times with such an irresponsible approach to biblical charity.

Now, troy, yes or no: do you nullify the NT tenet of "He who does not work shall not eat"? If you answer with a question, it will not be answered.

So a young, single widowed mom who has been left with four kids under 5 shouldn't eat because she doesn't have a job where she physically leaves the house to go to work, but instead takes care of house and home for her kids? She shouldn't eat?

What about the person with mental problems who can't keep a job? Should he eat?

I think you would agree that the NT Scripture needs to be qualified in order to properly understand what is being said.

Ask Paul those questions. Or far better, since Paul doesn't answer a Ouija board, ask God.

I don't talk to dead people.
I did. That's why I said the Scripture needs to be qualified for understanding if you're going to use it the way you're trying to use it.

Paul instructed Churches to care for poor SAINTS, also he wasn't instructing the government to do it either.

Churches and Individuals should be the ones who help those who are unable to work, The government has no right to take money from individuals through taxes and give that money as it sees fit..leave it to individuals.

Doesn't the bible also say something about the righteous not being forsaken nor his seed begging bread? it would seem if someone does go hungry and they are not provided for that maybe it's because they have rejected God.

That is a good idea, however churches do not take care of the poor, even their own. Most churches struggle to meet their own budget requirements, much less having enough or the will to help others. If all Christians tithed and all churches really were concerned, then there would be no need for government programs.
