    You choose to follow the judgment of poorly informed Anglican Bishops that didn't even know what Greek dialect it was they were translating!

    As for me and my house, we choose to follow the judgment on God as revealed in His holy word, the Bible.

    Can you imagine a Chinese student studying Shakespeare’s sonnets using a Chinese translation? Of course not! The Chinese people have enough respect for Shakespeare to learn how to read English to study his writings. What an abysmal shame it is that some “Christians” don’t have enough respect for Jesus to learn how to read Greek and yet have the pompous audacity to claim that their 400 year old Church of England translation is the perfectly preserved “Word of God,” and to teach that Jesus saves us and justifies us twice so that we can sin as much as we want to and blaspheme His name and everything that He stands for and still spend eternity with Him. If this is not a counterfeit religion from the very depths of hell, I don’t know what possible could be. Even the Taoism, Confucianism, and Buddhism of China have SOME truth to them!

    Have you considered even for a fraction of a nanosecond that Greek was the second language of all 12 of the disciples of Jesus? And have you considered that the language of worship in Judea was NOT Greek but Aramaic, and yet God gave us the New Testament in Greek? Has it ever occurred to you that perhaps that was not a fluke or an accident but a deliberate choice that God made because He could more accurately express His truths in Greek than He could in other languages? No, of course you have not considered these things. You have chosen to live in the darkness of ignorance.

    Psalm 92:5 O LORD, how great are thy works! and thy thoughts are very deep.
    Psalm 92:6 A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this.

    1Corinthians 1
    18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
    19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
    20 Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
    21 For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
    22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
    23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
    24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
    25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
    26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
    27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
    28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
    29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.

    Faith establishes the law (Rom 3:31).

    through faith Moses kept the Passover (Heb 11:28).

    Israel was disobedient and stubborn -- "children in whom is no FAITH" (Deut 32:20).

    Israelites were commandment breakers, and the Lord said they did this because they "did not BELIEVE in the Lord their God" (2 Kings 17: 13-15).

    The OT is able to make us wise unto salvation through faith in Christ Jesus (2 Tim 3: 14-15).
