You can't prosecute Democrats for undercutting a Republican president by going to Iran--with all due respect, wake up and smell the coffee.

It's never too late to prosecute on grounds of treason - there is NO statute of limitations when it comes to treason. Capital offense, donchaknow.
Then, John Kerry should have been executed decades ago.
Then clean house and prosecute all of them. Be a good way to start with term limits.
So I take it that trying to negotiate peace with a nation marked for neocon destruction is considered treasonous?
John Kerry rushed down to Nicaragua to shake hands with Ortega, who has been charged with pedophilia. Biden once said that foreign policy was too important to be left to the President and that the Senate should be active in it--of course, that was before the Democrats took the White House.
John Kerry also met with the N. Vietnamese in Paris while still in the Naval Reserve, came home and advocated acceptance of every point of the N. Vietnamese "Peace plan" without regard for the release of American POWs.
He didn't just violate the Logan Act. He committed treason.
