A followup to ITL's last week thread on Jamal Clark's killing. I wonder how many folks will connect the dots between the type of atmosphere Donald Trump's camp/"fan's(his words) are fostering and this type of occurrence?

The headline is kinda funny considering the race of the killer is never in the headline when a black person kills a white. Most of the time , the race of the killer is not in the story at all.

What's kinda funny is you get the same thing when a white person kills a black person. You also rarely hear alleged white suspect. Or police are looking for a "white male".

It was inevitable that, sooner or later, someone somewhere would react violently to the bullying and intimidation tactics of the racist goons in BLM.

Wait a minute...there is an encampment outside a police station and for a couple of days in a row white people would come down to the area and heckle the BLM people. Finally it turned ugly. How is that BLM using bullying and intimidation tactics?

What were the BLM doing there? What behavior did they engage in while there?

Since when are counter demonstrations not allowed?

So shooting people is a counter demonstration, in your estimation.

Since they've arrived it's been mostly quiet. Signs and banners are seen and mostly people just mill around trying to keep warm. They've said they won't leave until the police videos are released.

BLM has a history of trying to bully or intimidate counterdemonstrators. They even threatened reporters to leave their "zone", but only if they were white. They also refused to allow other organizations to demonstrate with them in support of their cause...if they were white.

This time was no different. They were being heckled by white counter demonstrators, so about a dozen BLM demonstrators tried to force the white people to leave the area. More intimidation. Someone in the counterdemonstrators reacted violently. That sometimes happens when you're bullied or threatened one too many times. It's just a fact.

The demonstrators account is wildly different than your speculation.

White counter protesters (one was Hispanic) arrived wearing masks and carrying a briefcase. They appeared to be wearing bulletproof vests. They started heckling the blacks. Yes, the blacks tried to move the white people away from the encampment but as they got further away they realized the whites were cooperating with being led away as a ploy to trap the black demonstrators. When the group of blacks were isolated about a block away from the rest of the demonstrators the shooting started.

    Sounds the same to me.

BLM demonstrators decided to move the demonstrators out of the area. What right did they have to do that? If they fell for a "ploy", it was their own doing.

Hilarious. A person that falls for a ruse is doing it of their "own doing".
