    Of course a democracy would hinder terrorists. But we haven't strengthened those leaning toward democracy. We've strengthened Iran. And the Taliban.

    We can talk about how Bush's invasion tipped the balance of power to the Islamic radicals, if you like. But I'm pretty sure you won't like it.

    That'd be O/T, and it's all over the place anyways.

    But on topic, it appears you're accusing Bush of lieing to us, because he supposedly only declassifies the parts that make him look good, yet you're OK with the two sentences leaked to the press, that make him look bad.

    Bush claims to be protecting the identity of people involved, the very thing he was accused if NOT doing in the Valerie Plame "scandal".

    Am I way off ?

    He lied to us, because he knew this in April, yet he continued to argue that the war made us safer. And he knew that it did not.

    He's trying to protect something much closer and more dear to him than other people. ;)
