Wow! That was back during the Clinton administration after the bombings of the U.S. embassies in Africa. Also, I found the following:

'Saddam Hussein's official press in Iraq praised Osama Bin Laden as "an Arab and Islamic hero", and later, Richard Clarke, a top Clinton administration counterterrorism official, asserted that Hussein had offered bin Laden asylum after the embassy bombings.'

A deceiver’s success is based on the hope that others will forget the past.

That in no way demonstrates a link between UBL and Saddam.

I thought liberals believed everything that a Clinton administration official, such as Richard Clarke, said.

Information that has been available to the Public for months but is ignored by the liberal press.

    1. Abdul Rahman Yasin was the only member of the al Qaeda cell that detonated the 1993 World Trade Center bomb to remain at large in the Clinton years. He fled to Iraq. U.S. forces discovered a cache of documents in Tikrit, Saddam's hometown, that show Iraq gave Yasin both a house and monthly salary.
    CBS - 60 Minutes 2002

Now the question is - how many more of these proofs that Iraq had ties with Al Qaeda before the invasion of Iraq do you Bush Bashers need before you believe it?

I am prepared to give you more.

Now, Joseph, we all "know" there was no reason to be concerned about Iraq having, using, or sharing weapons of mass destruction or harboring, training, or supporting terrorists. The liberals, antiwar activists, or Bush haters have consistently told us that's the real truth. Therefore, ABC News lied and people died!

Give us more please, and don't edit out how many Al Qaeda members were on the CIA payroll during and after the Afghan Soviet war.

Amazing that, as is the case with Limbaugh, everything can be reduced to "liberal" with you, Ken.

Please show us how "an offer" somehow constitutes a link.
