ARAB AND EUROPEAN JETS COMBINE FOR JUST 10 PERCENT OF AIR STRIKES AGAINST ISIS

The US military has dominated the airstrike campaign against ISIS, having carried out nearly 90% of air strikes to date in Iraq and Syria, according to US defense officials. Arab and European coalition allies have carried out less than 200 of the nearly 2,000 air strikes so far.

The Telegraph reports that US warplanes have conducted 1,768 air strikes since August 8. Other coalition aircraft have carried out just 195 air raids against ISIS in the same period, reflecting totals through Sunday. Pentagon officials did not break down differences in areas or targets between American and coalition air strikes.

Sure. Why work hard when you'll do it?

    Shock and Yawn.

They say that the Turks are sitting this one out in the hopes of avoiding terror attacks on their soil.

The Turks are funding and supplying ISIS. I don't think they need worry.

Although ISIS is like a mad dog and may bite the hand that feeds them. The Turks should remember that.

Our NATO allies are not much interested in co-operating simply because they don't trust Obama. He's burned too many of our allies, chief among which is the only one in the area, Israel.

What coalition? This amounts to nothing more tha a rag-tag group of states doing their level best to avoid being seen as an aggressor or enemy of ISIS/ISIL just in case America back out, and they lose to the invading hoards with the colorful black flag.

At least, they can honestly tell the enemy that they were only assisting the evil, Satan Americans with technical ground and air support.

These guys know America, especially Obama, and they are hedging their bets. They certainly don't want to lose their heads over a feckless, meager, half-hearted attempt by anti-war Obama to look like we were out to destroy and manage the terrorists, who, by the way, are still gaining ground.

Are few strikes from the air, each day, amount to nothing more than a minuscule chance to be hit by a 1,000-pound bomb? The terrorists have to be laughing at this coalition of the unwilling.

I love the one post that calls this "Shock and yawn!" They hit this on the head! :applause: If there is any shaking in the boots by the terrorists, it must be shaking from the laughter they get from all those knock-knock jokes on how many Americans it takes to bomb ISIS/ISIL back into the stone age and to the gates of hell!
