    This is probably about as ridiculous as a response could have been and completely fails to deal with the analogy that is being made.

    No. That's called reformation. He is a different creature spiritually which results in sanctification.
    Exactly!! Unfortunately, nothing else you posted had the least bit of relevance. Christ made a direct analogy between physical birth and spiritual birth. He did not intertwine them the way you accuse nor do I.

    Never the less, the analogy stands. We must experience birth by the choice of God to live physically. We must experience new birth to live spiritually... by the choice of God.
