Many of you may do this...others might not have the facilities. If you do many funerals at church, and your sound system has any recording device (tape or CD), then do this when you have a funeral: You (or whoever runs your sound) record the service on CD (it's usually easy to do, since funerals tend to be rather simple services). At the end of the service give the tape or CD (just write the deceased's name, the church name, & the date on the cassette or CD) to a family member. It is a treasured keepsake for them; for you....they will rise up and call you blessed. We've been doing it at our church for years. It becomes one of the most treasured things the family has from that difficult season.
