Gina reminds us of the perspective of the women who have abortions. And yes, there is forgiveness offered.

But the blood of these infants cries out for justice. And to that end, it is my hope that the worst villain in this evil tale--the baby-killer (I refuse to give him the title of "doctor") will be given the absolute harshest sentence mankind can deliver.

    The best outcome?
-No more abortions from this sicko.
    -He receives the death penalty.
-He accepts God's gift of salvation before his punishment is carried out.

    Let me ask you-all something.

What can the church realistically do to, if not change the abortion law, at least curb abortions in their community? And no, I am not talking about picketing clinics or passing out hate-speech tracts.

I'm talking about moving the hearts of people to despise abortion in the first place.

I don't know. It's been easy for me to focus my anger on the folks that let this happen. Like I said, victim empathy for me has been hard. I have been focused on the political side. I cannot believe this is an isolated incident, there are just too many people that could have stopped it, that turned away. This is systematic.

A friend and I were talking, and we thought maybe instead of holding up grotesque pictures that only offend, people could protest clinics with big pictures of happy, smiling babies.

It's "terribly inefficient..." but relationships, relationships, relationships.

We have multiple ladies in our church who said "no" to an abortion (I know of three...there's probably more) because a Christian lady invested in them, didn't give up on them, loved on them, helped them...you get the picture.

It isn't glamorous...and it doesn't turn hundreds of hearts...but it does turn one...and allows a second to live that it might be turned.

I will tell you what the catholics do .....Education, Education, Education. Constantly bringing it up, at church, at meetings, in conversation, in print. Its a battle line drawn & its a take no prisoners mentality.

Relationships and education certainly help. I think the BEST thing would be for parents to actually turn their hearts and homes over to God, COMPLETELY. We need couples with strong marriages with father's who love and train their children properly, so those children don't go looking for love in the wrong places and wind up young parents themselves.

We need to stop turning our children over for the village to raise. It's not the teacher's job, the pastor's job, the daycare worker's job, the televisions' job, or grandma's job to raise our kids for us. Maybe if we as parents would get serious about godly parenting, we could PREVENT the premarital sex and abortions wouldn't happen in the first place.

Of course he is. They really can't get him on the fact that he is a dangerous murderer of children because where would that argument get them? Right to where it should - that a child, born or still in the womb - deserves to live.

You are right about that. There are a lot of offensive parts to this story, but that should be first & foremost.

I just want to scream at those who are pro-abortion who are appalled at this. Why are they? Are they disgusted that this doctor murdered babies? Why? It was the mother's choice. She didn't want them so it's better to kill them than to make her do something she doesn't want to do. It's a matter of choice!!

There are organizations which "educate" women as to abortion alternatives. There is no charge.

    https://www.care-net.org/

You can give, pray, volunteer your time.

The artice from the W.S.J. told us about his dismissive court demeanor, asking for a public defender while having assets. Having to be told this was serious. I'll try to find it elsewhere.
