    I know that most of you know not to throw water on a grease fire in the kitchen, but here is a visual reminder of what TO do and why a glass of water can devastate you and your home.

    If you have never explained to your children about different types of kitchen fires, then use this as an education tool.

    Looks like they needed more water? Every one knows a cup won't due :)

    What happened to flour or baking soda?

    A big no-no!

    No flour, sugar, or water on a grease fire. :tonofbricks:

    I received the same email, but I have already deleted it, so I don't have the original URL either. :(

    My house burned two weeks before I had my second child. I lost everything.

    Fire is very destructive and one must be very careful when dealing with it...
