    Note: The author, if I recall correctly, is by soteriology of the Arminian persuasion, unknowingly presenting accounts and stories of people who WAITED for missionaries and preachers to tell them of a God they as a people have been waiting for, a wait started as a tradition.
    Also some accounts by Hudson Taylor in China.

    Author ? I forgot.

    I suppose the author documented his accounts.
    And so, if you quest was honest, really honest, a few exchange of letters here and there with the author might help.
