Vegas man stuck with $407,000 medical bill after ObamaCare breakdown
Uh ... oops. No offense, OR.
Obama makes insurance company bailout bigger despite public outrage
Some who appear to be so far left that they are considered marxists are actually more far-sighted than that.
Many of them are members of (or sympathetic with) the Council of Foreign Relations.
Just a comment.
I am not a conspiracy theorist but I do not trust the Council of Foreign Relations. I am afraid they are of the same mindset as George Soros and Barak Obama! There is an elitist group in this country, whether democrat or Republican, who have controlled the Federal Government at least since the FDR Depression. This is not to say that all these elitists agree with each other, they don't, but they still control the Federal Government. I may be wrong but I believe Reagan was an exception!
Then regarding Reagan, you are in fact wrong. 1st he picked Bush as running mate. Then after th election, he put together a transition team that included 28 CFR men. Later, as President, he appointed 80 individuals to his administration who were membersof the Council. NOTIBLES:
"At least" indeed. The existence of a power elite does go back at least several decades earlier.
Sadly, I think you are wrong. As much as I loved Reagan, he was surrounded by CFR guys (as EWF has pointed out).
It is also a sad fact that many competent people are members of the Council on Foreign Relations so it is not unusual that Reagan would have a significant number of advisors from that group. They may have influenced him in certain ways but one thing is certain. He was not swayed in his determination to:
1. Restore American prestige and power in the face of bitter resistance from the left.
2. Defeat the Soviet Union without firing a shot again in the face of bitter resistance from the left.
3. Begin development of a missile defense system again in the face of bitter resistance from the left.
4. Reduce the tax burden on the American again in the face of bitter resistance from the left.
5. I see no place where the US under Reagan yielded any sovereignty.
I may be wrong but I see the primary goal of the Council on Foreign Relations as supporting somewhat of a relatively weak world government where the US would yield some of its sovereignty. On doing a little research I see I was close but not close enough!
Just don't call me poncho-lite!
Brother....am I to assume you to be a "See No Evil " type guy?
Some on this Forum have accused me of seeing nothing but "eviall"!
It seems to me that this situation is under litigation and it's erroneous to assume that this man will not be covered. All of these situations are due to the greed of insurance companies trying to make as much money as they can by whatever means.
Really? Why does he need to go to the length of litigation to get covered? It is a good thing when companies make money. What is bad is when government bureaucracy gets in the way and causes these unnecessary issue.
This illustrates in dollars just how stupid Obama and the democrats.
Wrong. There is no lawsuit. The Nevada exchange is a total failure, and (amazing to me, given I think the company is a farce) a United Healthcare agent is actually taking the exchange and the state to task, compiling all the evidence of coverage for the man and the fact that he paid all three premiums that, to this point, are due. The state simply doesn't want to pay. That's what it boils down to, but she is demanding he get the coverage Nevada promised, and she will, in the end, win.
This is going to be continually repeated throughout the country, until people get fed up enough with the scam this program is and demand its repeal.
He's suing the INSURANCE COMPANY. Why does he need to do that? Because they are trying to not provide him with the insurance coverage he purchased. The government has nothing to do with it. The insurance company death panel has determined that this man must die so they can make more money.
Post information to this effect. It is not true.
Here's the story I posted in another thread. He is not suing. He was on Fox & Friends Weekend this morning. He is not suing. His United Healthcare agent is taking care of forcing Nevada to pay. Don't engage in discussion of stories you obviously haven't a clue about.
Well there ya go.
