This is a pratfall with identity politics - in a two-party system, if one demographic is this faithful to one party, that demographic will suffer no matter who wins. With blacks, the GOP has written them off as hopeless, and the Democratic Party panders to them and tries to gin up turnout, and that's it.
It seems to be changing and hopefully, the days of the Democratic Party being able to take 90%+ of the black vote for granted will be over.
Pastors for Trump..Almost makes you long for the days when pastors were for Christ.
