With due respects, I beg to disagree.
They are both Muslims, and eventually they will kiss and make up, once we're out of there.
Ever tried interceding between feuding family members ?
I seldom do that because I found things out the hard way.
In the end, they usually gang up on you.
Blood is thicker than water, so they say.
Muslim blood respects Muslim blood. Any fighting between them we see is mostly one blood chastising another.
When the cause for chastisement has been removed, they will all shout Allahuakhbar and none of the good America and Americans have done for them will be remembered.

With all due respect, I disagree. Sectarian disagreements among Muslims go way back before United States involvement in the Middle East.

Maybe you're right, and I'm not going to argue with you or claim any expertise on this. I'm basing my observations on human nature. And a little experience with Muslims in my own country.

If truly free and democratic, and not electing terrorists, we might have an ally and certainly some control of all that oil, so as not to allow it to fund terrorism. If Iran gets control, and the leftist liberals here certainly are helping that cause, terrorism will enjoy unlimited funding.

    Terrorism already enjoys unlimited funding.

You should be questioning why you enlisted.
You'd be wondering only if you were listening to the press, that left wing arm of the Democrat party.

Being opposed to this Use of Military Force is not a position held solely by the left wing of the Democratic party. Paleo-Conservatives, libertarians, and liberals are opposed to the "war". The only ones that seem to be in love with it are neoconservatives. The only reason you apply this anti-war position to the left wing of the Democrat party is because Rush, Hannity, Hewitt, Prager etc. tell you to.

I make my own decisions based on my understanding of God's Word in my soul. The fact that these remarkable men share some of my views is reassuring and gratifying, and they have a huge audience to share it with.
