    One of many flaws in this plan, Obama won by more than 55 electorates. He would still be president without CA.

    I used to respect Keyes.

    This is worse than the disgraceful actions of the Dems in 2000 over Florida.

    The ONLY ways to block

    As one of the commentors noted on the cited URL...

    This is pointless...

    There are only two legale ways to block an Obama Presidency...

    Prove he is not an American Citizen...

    or

    Prove he is a member of an organiozation on the Security Access Forbidden List. After all he can't be President if he can't access Secrets...

    OK The Federal Election Commission has already tackled the issue of Citizenship... Else he wouldn't have been on the Ballot...

    And, he has already had many Secret and Top Secret Breifings meaning the Security Types have also vetted him...
