Allawi lashes out at Bush/Rumsfeld

    He says we have no vision...


    “The problem is that the Americans have no vision and no clear policy on how to go about in Iraq,” said Allawi, a long-time ally of Washington.


    He says he did not get his money...then where are
    all the billions going!!!???


    Allawi said that he had discussed the urgency of rebuilding Iraq’s military with President George W Bush and Donald Rumsfeld, the defence secretary, last year. “Bush earmarked $5.7 billion (£3.2 billion) . . . but I did not receive the money,” Allawi said.

    Perhaps that is why the new Iraqi Prime Minister
    signed up with Iran to train IraqiS and take a
    billion dollar check...he(PM) goes to Tehran this
    week.

    Allawi was not supposed to get the money. The money was and is for the Iraqi army.You may notice it is growing,getting better trained day by day,and becoming more effective.These troops are being clothed,fed,paid, and trained.
