sMaybe some portable turnstiles would meter the people. What harm would there be in delaying your trip a half hr? Or 10 minutes even. Greed?

This shows how ridiculous all of this & society is.

Salvation is a FREE gift, yet people don't line up for it. People don't tend to think of eternity as much as the here and now. [IMG]

That makes a very strong point! I'll have to remember this as I start to gather sermon notes... [IMG]

All I heard from those people is "Walmart didn't protect us" "Walmart didn't do enough" "Walmart should have hired 'real' security"

How about these people take a minute, think back, and realize that THEY, not Walmart, were the ones acting like a bunch of rabid dogs.

I can guarantee you that a lawsuit will be filed by somebody against Walmart over this.

Those people were just like a bunch of little, ignorant children running to be the first in line.

They should be ashamed at their own behavior instead of blaming Walmart for their own lack of intelligence.

btw, I did go shopping on Friday. But, I waited until about 6:30pm, and, you know what, the same items from 5am had been re-stocked, and the same prices from 5am were still in effect.

AND, to top it all off, I didn't have to nearly kill someone, or even rush slightly, to get the items.

    Imagine that!

I was in Romania the day after Thanksgiving. There was no rush there.

I cannot help but wonder how many of these shoppers made sure they would fall, assuring themselves of some "Ka-Ching!"

    Cynical me, I know.

Walmart doesn't need security, they need cowboys on horseback with rifles and lassos.

I didn't go to one store on Black Friday. I went to Walmart at 2:30 am on Saturday. No crowds and I found everything I was looking for.
