An Oklahoma lawmaker is objecting to getting a copy of the Koran from the Governor's

    The good lawmaker should be a little more careful in what he says. Some Muslims, and some liberals, and many atheists, do read the Bible, as a matter of secular study, and they know of the many instances in the Bible when God ordered "scorched earth" policies, as in the instance when Saul disobeyed and kept the king and some animals and Samuel himself had to do the job.

    Of course that was not in furtherance of God's word, per se, but, still statements like that can bounce right back.

    Non-news. Both the Bible and the Quran were paid for by the Baptists and the Muslims, respectively. Anyone can accept or reject any gift. Big deal. Also, it appears Duncan has never read the Bible to make a statement like that.
