    The irony of the matter is that he actually helped to reduce the suicidal ideations!

    It's apalling that a suicide or crisis line ends with a person seeking help finding the helper falling asleep. That said........ a suicide crisis line is not an easy job (and often staffed with volunteers who are trained but have other hours of work and schedules). At least in this case it resulted in anger and a complaint instead of the person ending his life.
