Some people believe that God created man in his own image -- in a literal 7 day Creation week.

But this belief is not as common in Europe. So that brings us to the subject of human-animal hybrids. chimera Creatures that are 99.9% human and some "less so". But the more human ones are to be destroyed within a few weeks of creating them and extracting the desired tissues.

This is going to be interesting -- a very good "test" of the idea that God really IS sovereign and considers his creative work "made in His own image" to be a sacred thing -- or shall we just have atheist darwinists running all over it.

When judgment is not quickly executed by God himself -- the wicked grow bold according to the Bible. Is this animal-human thing a good example of that?

    What say you?

In Genesis Abraham is told that he is not to be given the land of Canan for another 4 centuries because "the sins of the Amorite is not yet complete".

in Gen 6 we see that the sin of pre-flood man WAS complete and then came the flood.

    Wake up call?

    What say you?

    in Christ,

    Bob

The bible tells us that people think because God's wrath and judgement aren't swift that He is lax, and isn't going to. But we know God has a time schedule. He isn't emotion driven like man, who would pass judgement and give punishment as quickly as possible. So man tends to think they can do what they want and get away with it. Thinking nothing of the eternal. But God has a time schedule for judgement and punishment, even if it is in the eternal, not in this life. He is God and He will have His way, man can deny Him, but it doesn't mean He isn't there.
