Another first? Israel pulling troops because of Obama's inauguration.

    Is this a first.. a nation withdrawing from war because of an American President's first day on the job.. and wanting to spare the president trouble?

    This seems strange to me for some reason.
    Why would Israelis worry about Obama's smooth beginning?

    What gives?

    Same reason Iran released the hostages when Reagan took the oath... Because they can. :laugh:

    Seriously, I agree this is strange and I'm wondering if there is a catch.

    But add that to the list of GOP grievances, peace in the middle east...

    So will Obama get the credit for stopping Israel from attacking Hamas.. (said with tongue in cheek)...

    Will Obama be credited with bringing peace to the mideast simply because he was sworn in...

    Wow... Maybe he is ... .NAH!!! I won't even joke like that.
