I haven't and I'm sorry if you are dealing with them! I know others who have struggled with them though and it's hard.

My doctor prescribed me some medicine to even me out. I was not having anxiety attacks previously, but that new medicine was causing severe attacks. I thought it was my job situation. Traced it back to the meds.

My sister has a panic disorder and it has caused her to shut down in certain places. Walmart is her favorite place to have a meltdown. Her doctor prescribed her some meds for that and other issues.

When I had mine I felt like I was going to explode all the time. I felt rage, had an aggressive nature and not in a good way. I was a spaz. Sleeplessness was another issue.

I am not really wanting to share a lot about this in an open forum but anyone that has had them or had a family member deal with them and would be willing to talk about them please PM me. Thank you to those who have already done it. I appreciate it.
