Those scriptures are about God hardening Jews. Only the Jews who were the lost sheep could come to Jesus, they were drawn to Jesus because they recognized what Jesus was saying as the word of God, see John 6:45. These were God’s people before Jesus came to earth, now they had to go through Jesus. They were God’s and He gave them to Jesus. The rest of the Jews were cut off, but they can be grafted back in if they do not persist in unbelief.
Read Ezekiel 18:30-32…I do not read that God will make them believe in Him. I read that they are to rid themselves of sins and get a new heart and a new spirit.
Ezekiel 18:30-32 “Therefore, you Israelites, I will judge each of you according to your own ways, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall. 31 Rid yourselves of all the offenses you have committed, and get a new heart and a new spirit. Why will you die, people of Israel? 32 For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live!
All are sinners. If one does not believe they are a sinner, and thus repent, then they will not be saved, for Jesus says repent or perish.
The word came to me the word comes to people. As for the scripture you are quoting, what is King David saying where Paul quotes? At that time, it is a sad state of affairs inside Israel. When the day arrived, no one searched for God. Later, they repented, and searched for God. During slavery in Egypt, the Jewish people asked God, if he had forgotten them. How could they do so, if THEY were not wondering where He had disappeared? In the New Testament, when Jesus arrived, people shouted: “Son of David, have mercy on me”. They were looking for the Messiah. In the New Testament a blind man was searching for the Son of God, the prophet’s had said would come. People searched for God. You are quoting Paul who was quoting scripture that tells us that even the chosen people of God were sinners, even like the Gentiles.

That scripture is about those who resist, obviously not all resist.
Paul said he was unnaturally born.
You do not understand the scriptures. You do not understand why the “outcasts” and “scum” were saved before the others. There is the issue of humbleness…it is harder for a rich person to humble themselves, as is the educated in this world.

The sinner in and by himself will reject the Cross of christ, as saved by grace of God ONLY does not make sense to them, as they see the need to "earn/work" their way back to God!

The work we are not to do any longer just to worship God and belong to Him is circumcision, various ceremonial washings, observance of special days, gift offerings, and sacrifices for sins.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say we do not have to abstain from doing sinful acts. That is false doctrine at work to say that we cannot feel bad for doing wrong. We are to believe and repent. That is what Jesus says to do. We have to have that in our hearts, for God who knows our hearts gives us the Holy Spirit when He accepts us. Teach others the Way to God, that if they do these things they can be saved.

Think about it…if there is NOTHING in our hearts that can ever do right, not even after hearing the powerful message that saves---then what is God bothering to look in our hearts!

Get out of false doctrines. The Truth will keep you close to God.

You believe good works saves you then??
You don't believe we are saved by faith, but rather by works?
That is a heretical position, BTW.

It is heretical to teach that believing and obeying is heretical.

It is not a work to believe, and it is not a work to confess. It is not a work to be sorry for things done that were wrong. God says repent.

    Salvation is by faith alone.
Feeling sorry for your sins is simply that--a feeling. We are not saved by our feelings. If you run your life by your feelings you are in sad shape. What if you don't FEEL like getting up for work in the morning? Or, you FEEL like just staying in bed all day? Do you give into those feelings? Do you allow your feelings to control your life?
