Hey all! If you live in or near Southern Indiana, and you enjoy music in the style of John Mayer and also emo bands like Taking Back Sunday or Matchbook Romance then drop me an email! At my church, on September 25, we are havin' a concert. I can get you directions and any other information you might need!

    Also, it's free! :D

I used to live in martinsville indiana. about 45 minutes south of Indy. "Emo" is cool, well its more like pop music now, hehe. I like TBS, and TJT. I guess Thursday falls right in there too. If you want really good emo, go try to get "The Working Title" to play for you. they are awesome. Wish I could come, but I now live in South Carolina. Good luck.

Hey all! Just a word of note here.

The concert Saturday night went a lot different than planned. I guess we were a bit noisy cuz someone called the cops and they came and made us turn the volume way down or move inside or stop altogether. After they were goen, it turned into a big joke and when a train came though town blowing it's wistle, the drummer of Stellar Kin yelled, "THAT'S IT!!! I'M CALLING THE COPS! THAT'S ANNOYING!"

For the few moments that Stellar Kin rocked (maybe a half hour) they really rocked. And Eric Wilson did an acoustic set, and while he hadn't practiced the acoustic songs, he still did a wonderful job.

We drew in some kids off the street with the music, and hopefully they heard some gospel in there. All in all it was a good night and we all leard something about the providence of God in seemingly random circumstances. [IMG]

John Cleese is awesome!! I know I am a fan of Bitish humor, but I have not really jumped into it. one day i will research it. I think it is very funny. And british lit, I think I would like this too. I loved LOTR by Tolkien, so I assume I would like other British lit.

    Hahaha
"Now what would you do if someone would attack you with banana"
"Hit them with a pointed stick?"
I love British lit from Beowulf to Lewis Carrol.
I find it so much better than American. I think we have nothing on it.

I think you have seen that movie entirely too many times. I mean I've seen it- lots of times. But I don't have the whole stupid thing memorized!!! And I'm not remembering when the cats were killed. Like what?! And I thought you guys liked cats!

We love cats of course. But not the broadway show (that could have led to some bad conclusions)
