    The College of the Ozarks apparently has a foreign exchange program including the Hogeschool Inholland located in Holland. Inholland is not a proper university, but a school that provides management level professional education. Inholland has the Dutch equivalent of accreditation (that is the Dutch ministry of education considers it a real school and not a diploma mill).
