    I enjoyed the tour of Hoover Dam, and the drive through the desert.

    Harrah's car collection in Reno used to be the world's largest. I think much of it was sold off after he died, but I think part of it is still there. Also, the Lake Tahoe area is beautiful as long as you are away from the casino area. South Lake Tahoe is just Las Vegas with mountains. Lots of traffic and kind of a mess. Also, check out Squaw Valley (1960 Olympics) and Lake Donner. Virginia City is interesting. Spent a lot of time in the Reno area growing up. Loved it.
