Is this a post filled with Christian love?
If you are so upset that you cannot post in a civil manner then why don't you find yourself a board that is more suitable to your liking? There are other boards that enjoy tearing one another apart if that is what you enjoy. No one is stopping you from joining such a board. But you agreed to abide by the rules of this board when you joined. Thus far you have not. Read them over again. If you still disagree with or find that you cannot abide with them, I suggest that you resign your membership and find another board where you will feel more at home.

No, in that you are right. If I see anyone calling you a lunatic I will edit it right away. The problem with me is that I cannot be reading all the posts all the time, and thus do not catch everything.

John still has not responded to my request that he provide anything mean spirited that I haev said to him. He contiunes to spew out venom, recently calling me an "ignorant idiot."

If you could show me where you were called a lunatic, and it were in a forum I moderate, I would delete it in a heartbeat. In fact, if you could show me where people have called you a lunatic I would report it to the person who moderates that forum for you. You said that Gib and several others have called you a lunatic - could you please provide a link to those several posts so they can be dealt with?

You have yet to substantiate any cases of hypocrisy or bias, John. You throw out charges, express your hatred for me, yet never give any evidence for your case.

Inspite of your mean-spirited attitude toward me John, and a long litany of names you have called me, I continue to love you and pray for you daily.

John's problem is not his debt, it is only a symptom. It is obvious by his behaviour here that he is a young man who is hurting. What he needs is our prayers and our love.

I am trusting that others will join me in praying for him. We already have a few who have said they will pray for him, do we have any others?

There is such a temptation to waste time blathering about nothing and accomplishing nothing, isn't there? I suppose if we really wanted to follow Scripture, we simply wouldn't put even a big toe in futile debates at all. "And that ye study to be quiet and to work with your own hands as we commanded you."

...and while we're at it, let's close all of the other threads that "kick" Rick Warren and the like, too, as they are not here to defend themselves.

 

I too, am praying for BJ to find the maturity and peace he so desperately needs. At least he got his wish about being banned.
