    I have added the viedo to my Favorites because this is good information and gives several ways to learn the information that a Realtor is prohibited from telling you by Federal Law.

    It's interesting that almost all the critical information you need to make a purchase decision are denied you by the Feds!

    Lastly, not mentioned in the Video, if the Realtor you are dealing with is *NOT* under contract to you AS THE BUYER, he is legally obligated to pursue ONLY the sellers best interests. Which oftens means glossing over many details which may show the property is less than stellar light...

    My husband is an agent. In NC before showing any houses to a person, he has to get paperwork signed stipulating that he is the buyers agent. While I think it's allowable, he will bring another agent in if he had a buyer/seller conflict.
