    I assume the ? is about Federal Taxes. I still need to do state taxes from 99- present. (have refund due for each year.

    Many states have a time limit on that. If you owe, you always owe, but if you are owed, time runs out.

    We completed ours in Feb. and got our money back about the 15th of Feb.
