In THIS THREAD 30 people (I was one) said their position had changed in C/A belief. May I ask which way you moved?

Don't have to vote in this one to see results, so I did not include that option in poll [IMG] Thanks all [IMG]

I may need another option because I was raised as an Arminian but I didn't even know what that was or why I was one. I was introduced to Calvinism and didn't have any defense so I accepted it as truth for many years. Later, I actually took the time to read the historical Arminian perspective instead of simply attacking all the ignorant Arminians all around me who didn't have any defense for their views. I was persuaded back to the Arminian perspective where I remain today until one of you bright argumentative Calvinists can convert me back over to your ranks. ;)

Strictly speaking, my upbringing was neither Arminian nor Calvinistic, since those terms were never mentioned. I suppose my church leaned to the Arminian side, looking back at it. I would now consider myself a believer in both divine sovereignty, predestination, and election, as well as in human responsibility (although not free will as commonly defined), but not an "official" Calvinist.
