Those who enthusiastically support war, but have never been in actual combat..and many times not even a member of the military.

So you feel if one supports our troops in the war they are fighting one should join the military or must have served at one point during their life?

No, not supporting the troops, but enthusiastically supporting war, supporting sending our troops into harm's way as a first or second resort, without exhausting other means.

Are you answering for RockRambler? Do you agree with this Daisy?

You are aware of what soldiers do Daisy, right? You cannot say you support our troops when you do not support their job.

Still waiting for RockRambler to answer the question…

So you're saying that peace is disrespecting our troops? That only war supports them?

Oh Old Regular you have fallen into it again!

do you remember what you favorite boy once said

    Tom Delay...curious...it happened during Kosovo

"You can still support the troops and be against the policy"

People can be against this war and how it is conducted...like where is 38 billion dollars of
our tax dollars is a legititmate debate issue.

That alone and the waste of money in Iraq is enought to send bush up the creek for years.

Bush has morphed into LBJ and I think everyone knows it.

Lack of war is not necessarily the same thing as peace.

I thought I had. Which question do you mean, Enoch? The one you quoted was mine to you which is still unanswered by you.

    It's a fair imitation.

Enoch, I think I support the troops rather grandly...three of my five children are in the military, with one currently in Iraq.

Wonder how many politicians, who are so supportive of war (not necessarily supportive of the troops), can say the same thing?

"Lack of war is not necessarily the same thing as peace."

Never been such a thing at world peace (or whirled peas).

Too bad I'm over 50. I've done 24 years but would go back into the Army in a heartbeat...to protect the cowards who complain about how awful America is.

"It's a good thing war is such a terrible thing, lest we grow too fond of it." Robert E. Lee. Soldiers don't enjoy war; it's just better than the consequences of not fighting.
