I'm sure we could come up with something. It took me forever to figure out what ME was. I'd never heard of it and it made no sense to me.

amen to this post. Am I mistaken, or were the posters such as james Newman and Rufus_1611, removed entirely without even so much as a warning? If this is the case, shame.

 

They received warning. They continued to post their ME beliefs after receiving it.

 

Thank you, I did not see the warning, but I did not get to read every thread, that is why I wanted to ask. Is the thread still available to see the warning?

 

It was through PM, as well as posted in a sticky at the top of the appropriate forums. Notice the date and time, and some of the dates and times of the ME'ers posts.

 

This is the logical fallacy of the slippery slope. This argument has no merit.

 

I've been reading some of those threads - I'd ignored them before because it was a topic I knew nothing about and it coincided with school just starting. Skimming them I knew they would take more effort than the flibberty jibbet time I had to give them.

Well . . . I was astounded that it was allowed to go on as long and take up as much space as it was. I 'm surprised we lost so many though. I lost count.

There is another thread that Heavenly Pilgrim started in which DHK explains some history of prosyletyzing and different groups getting a leg in. It was an interesting read too. Not as interesting as the ME threads (once I figured out what I was actually reading)
