I believe its time that we write our legislators and ask them to BAN all subways in the United States!!!

That makes two this past week----two people were intentionally pushed in front of oncoming trains to their deaths

Subway trains kill people-----just like guns do!! In fact, thats all a subway train really is----a slow moving bullet!!!

This is crazy. When are we gonna say enough is enough? How many people have to die at the hands of these crazed subway trains??

    Call your Congressmen.
    Call your Senators.
    Sign a petition.

How many subway trains does a country really need?

Somebody should tie gun usage to alcohol consumption and see how quickly the tone changes.

Don't forget kitchen knives, lamp cords, and tree limbs.

Edit: Forgot the most important one of all - hands and feet. Gotta get rid of those, that's for sure. When those are banned, there won't be any more finger shaped bruises on throats nor footprint shaped bruises on bodies.

Your purpose in banning automobiles and subways would be to bring back the horse and buggy. LOL

Here is Oldtimer going to church:

Steeples are a danger to skydivers.

Ah yes, and, we need to ban common sense, which is, without a doubt, a danger to several posters on this board. (not you of course)

    Hmmm...

    For the research minded:

I wonder if the odds of dying in an airplane crash are close to those of being murdered by a so called assault weapon?

You're close to the truth. :applause:

I was thinking more along the lines of a mule and wagon.
There are a lot more problems with a high stepping horse and a top heavy buggy. :)

Thank you for the picture. First, it reminds me of a little church, away from the beaten path, nestled into the mountain side at Dollywood. Next, while the steeple isn't as high, it reminds me of where I was less than an hour ago. And, last, but not most certaintly not least, it reminds me of the beauty of God's creation that surrounds each and every member of the true church of our Saviour.

    Just for you.

Thank you. That really brings back some memories. Used to listen to it on the radio. A time when a radio station would include the Browns along with "Great Balls of Fire" in their playlists.

Not only bringing back memories, it's a 2.50 minute time away from the battles over gun control, abortion, and the other cares during our fleeting time in this weary world. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3usXFCh56iA
