    Then tell me why you post so often on a site that;s been flagged for racism. Here you are again. If that happened to me I would never come back.

    And all that being said, and stood by, I am not denying racism exists on this board. I saw a derogatory term about someone who had to swim across a river to get here, and I say two people engage in jokes about Mexicans that made me sick. I don't plan on ever talking to any of them again. And they were confronted by several members of this board. So if the world sees racism on this board, then they must also see it countered. The real racism on this board is self-policed very well here, by very smart people, I might add.

    We do not need to make up stories about how bad it is.

    I clicked on the BaptistBoard.com link. A window popped up saying the site was blocked. I do not remember all the words. However in the middle of the window in large red letters was the word Racist.

    Whether you believe me or not has nothing to do with the fact that is what happened. As I said, I was quite surprised.

    On your other comment, if you consider threads about the GOP and Republicans that you do not like as racist, well that is your opinion ... not mine. [/SIZE]

    Sure, as much as that word gets thrown around here it is the very word it picked up and and the reason for blocking it. What it is not is a commentary on the nature of people who post on this board. That accusation is not appropriate and should have no place in our discussions.

    Well, you originally said "racism". Yup. This, and your past around here over the truth, make me view this with a huge grain of salt. I do not believe you.

    I'd be horrified. I'd let the admins know everything I could about the block. I wouldn't tell a vague story about it, later. If it wasn't addressed, I would disassociate myself from it. Remember, your hero recently forced Reason.com to turn over PERSONAL INFORMATION ON PEOPLE POSTING IN THEIR COMMENTS SECTION.

    Not sure what that all means, but I don't think you add much in the way of intelligent dialogue concerning race around here. Hope that answered your question.

    It was one or the other. I didn't take a photo of it. Regardless it blocked the board and use either racism or racist. Does not really matter which. The point is that for whatever reason this particular software blocked the BB web site for the reason given. Does not matter if you like it or hate it, believe it or disbelieve it ... it was there and I could not view the BB.

    I do not believe the board as a whole is racist ... note as I said, as a whole.

    I agree. If anyone walked in the middle of an argument one could come to an incorrect generalization. BB is mixed with people from all backgrounds and what the world wide web may see is those individuals trying to sort differences in beliefs out...whether that be faith, politics, race, or philosophy. But I will say there are just some moments on here that are just despicable. (i.e. http://www.baptistboard.com/showthread.php?t=100458)
