I have no problem with Senator Obama being involved with ACORN.

I believe you, Ken. You seem to have no problem with anything when it concerns Obama, even his vote against infanticide.

Does every thread have to end with abortion? Do you guys have another reason to not like Obama?

Oh yea, I forgot. That's all the reason you need.

Question, if Obama is the bad guy you say he is because of his position on abortion, why bother bringing up Ayres? I mean you put Ayres int he title so we thought you might want to have an open discussion on Ayres and not a bait and switch abortion thread.

ACORN and Ayres are two separate things. No one but you mentioned Ayres.

Dishonest attempt at hijacking the thread ignored.

Obama's ties with Acorn are worthy of an investigation. ACORN offices all over will start to be prosecuted under RICO statutes. If this were Sarah Palin, you'd be the biggest cheerleader.

I don't think that LadyEagle was being dishonest. She brings up the abortion issue quite frequently.

ACORN is committing crimes against democracy. The fix is in. I pray the courts step in and protect the rights of voters in this country and squash the special interests like ACORN and their criminal activity.

That said, is there any evidence that Obama is directing their present scandalous activity? I know his past ties are troubling, but is he tied to it today?

Yeah, we should just pretend it doesn't happen.

And it's just about impossible to hijack yer own thread, don't you think ?

Only if hijacking is when one posts about a subject not covered in the OP. :)

Typical Republican/conservative cry to crush any advocate on behalf of the poor and the downtrodden.

Sure, anyone who has broken election laws should be prosecuted; however, to seek the utter destruction of an entire organization over the actions of a few is beyond the pale.

They look to be a criminal organization. I thought democrats were against systematic voter fraud.

That's a good question, considering he has thousands of volunteers in his campaign going door to door I wouldn't think he needs ACORN which is supposed to be bipartisan but obviously leans liberal.I have no problem getting rid of groups like this.

It is apparent the ACORN problem boils down to the guy on the corner collecting the registrations. It is said their pay is based on how many cards they bring in which is very tempting when you employ criminals. It was also ACORNS management who blew the whistle on themselves so I think that was admitting they knew they had a problem. I personally feel Obama is too close to the white house to risk something this dumb but who knows, stranger things have happened.

I think it's ok to compare, like that. You were the one who tried to make a big deal out of it.

Anyways, I have read enough that I know Obama worked with ACORN, and it looks like he may have made it what it is today. He was brought up learning Chicago-thug style politics. The only state proven to have swung an election fraudulently. It's not a stretch, for thinking people, to make the connections....

Would you care to try to prove that or are we just supposed to take your word for it?

you mean like your doing right now?
    -------------------------

I don't know if obama has anything to do with ACORN or not, but if theres the possibility it needs to be looked into if they're committing crimes involving voter fraud.

Nope. Your are falsely accusing me.

Unlike what you and some other folks evidently believe, I am not the locus of evil in this forum.
