Beach patrols should learn from Army

    Now I do not think the US Army is always the best branch of service (IMHO). But, we were the oldest & brightest. ;)

    Beach patrols should learn from the US Army. We always had to have someone on the ground walking in front of us to prevent rolling over someone. I would think we may need a federal law to stop these cops from running over sun bathers. IMHO.
