Correct. He cannot be and never will be a Kennedy, Lincoln, or Reagan. All he can do is the best he can do.

I hope he gets some moorings and finds a Constitutional way forward. I am not encouraged, but in about eighteen hours, he's going to be my President and I wish him the best.

By the way, sorry about the recent struggles of the Hogs' basketball team. Maybe the SEC is just that much better than everyone else if a middle tier team at best can knock off top ten teams with impunity Maybe if UT and ARK combined, we'd have a decent single team

 

Bush jailed terrorists! I doubt O'bama will release them. I believe there is a "fatwa" or whatever out on him for leaving the Islamic religion.

Also it is asinine to say that Bush has a history of jailing folks without cause. To say that he would be more likely to "jail reporters & Congresspeople who don't agree with him is also asinine given he didn't jail some of these consummate liars in the past 8 years.

 

They were not in continual combat like soldiers since Vietnam are.
