Where on earth (to coin a phrase) did you get this crazy stuff?

You sir, have, cracked. (like an egg)

This would be funny were it not so unbiblical.

    In His service;

The Spirit of the word? Comparing spiritual with spiritual? Can you not see the verses from scripture beside them? Not unbiblical at all. Ofcourse these are foolishness to YOU?

The verses are provided you must argue that out with the Lord of the book not myself.

    God Bless

What exactly is the purpose for this, Seth? How would one find these helpful, and what application should be made with these to one's life or Christian walk?

For example... if we take the first item you have listed:

ABYSS: The depths of man (his sin nature) - 1 Jn 2:16; Isa 51:10 [8415]

1Jo 2:16 For all that [is] in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Isa 51:10 [Art] thou not it which hath dried the sea, the waters of the great deep; that hath made the depths of the sea a way for the ransomed to pass over?

Well lets see if this makes sense. Lets take:

Hab 3:10 The mountains saw thee, [and] they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, [and] lifted up his hands on high.

We will apply your word guide to it and see what it says:

SETH3:1 The Kingdom of God saw thee, and it trembled; the overflowing of thoughts passed by: the sin nature of man uttered his voice, and lifted up his works on high.

That doesn't make sense. It is in direct contradiction to the rest of the word. This would have the verse say that the Kingdom of God is moved by the works of man.

Hbr 11:6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Gup20 says this (in making His comparison please do check the definitions provided for the liberal uses of the ones I show in accordance with his comparison).

Gup20 shows it doesnt work by this demonstration....

Well lets see if this makes sense. Lets take:

Hab 3:10 The mountains saw thee, [and] they trembled: the overflowing of the water passed by: the deep uttered his voice, [and] lifted up his hands on high.

We will apply your (Seth3's) word guide to it and see what it says:

The "Kingdom of God" saw thee, and it trembled; the overflowing of "thoughts" passed by: the "sin nature of man" uttered his voice, and lifted up his "works" on high.

    Seth3 replies,

Your still trying to make it fit reread the definitions using the ones that fit within those given (its fluid not concrete)theres more then just one reference.

Besides *Mountain(s) (*Plural) is NOT LISTED these symbolize “lofty thoughts” or “the proud” things which exhalt themselves. Only Mountain (Singular) is listed.

It should be listed as "Kingdom" alone because each Mount such as Siani is Darkness while Mt Sion is as Light.

These were written down for believers who would know how to handle them correctly according to verses relating to our salvation and the Spiritual truths we see in them.

Lets go over the Verse in Hab 3:10 showing how I see it using the librality of definitions provided above.

The *MountainS (As lofty thoughts, those exhalting themselves in thought) THEY saw THEE (God) the overflowing *waters (or the pouring fourth of fearful thoughts or convictions) passed by. The *DEEP (Depths of His heart or mind) uttered his voice and lifted up his *works (seen as hands) on High.

Mountains being laid low (Proud Humbled) Valleys (those laid low) are filled These are Spiritual truths. You just left no liberty within the definitions and chose only the ones that did not work by the letter of it. But as you think on them and feel out the words given it goes beautifully.

    God Bless

Or... when it says mountains... it might actually mean real mountains ;)

But you didn't answer my first question:

What exactly is the purpose for this, Seth? How would one find these helpful, and what application should be made with these to one's life or Christian walk?

Well Gup20 because His words are SPIRIT and LIFE not Natural or letter.

If we are to compare SPIRITUAL with SPIRITUAL how can it be taken any other way. The natural man sees the letter and natural words, theres no needing the mind of Christ for that.

The purpose is to share the spiritual words, another board was greatly blessed and we were having a wonderful time sharing what a freind of mine shared. So I felt led to share it here.

If the scriptures bless you wonderful if not its no biggy. Its not for everyone just for those whose eyes they are for.

They are not for your eyes then. Its ok no problem. If you see physical mountains needing to be leveled "somewhere" then have faith in that which is seen. I have faith in that which is unseen. Whatever blesses you.

Just because Gods word is Spirit does not make it less real. Mt Zion is a place those who walk by faith are already at Paul says. If you take that as a Natural truth by the letter your not walking by faith see? You either are on Mount Zion or not, I see this as Paul Said, "You have not come to a mountain that can be touched".

Faith in what is SEEN (or touched) is not true faith, but faith in what is unseen is.

    Something to think about.

    God Bless
