If we are to believe Ron Suskind, billed as a “Bush antagonist,” al-CIA-duh terrorists “came within 45 days of attacking the New York subway system with a lethal gas similar to that used in Nazi death camps. They were stopped not by any intelligence breakthrough, but by an order from Osama bin Laden’s deputy, Ayman Zawahiri. And the U.S. learned of the plot from a CIA mole inside al-Qaeda. These are some of the more startling revelations by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Ron Suskind,” according to Time Magazine.

Ah, yes, “al-Qaeda” operatives, acting like Nazi butchers, making sure to use Zyklon B on innocent commuters. It makes your hair stand on end. But we can thank the CIA, known for their beneficence (especially in regard to former Nazis, such as Reinhard Gehlen), as they supposedly burned the midnight oil in an effort to save countless New York innocents.

I suppose there was a change of heart at the agency, as it once “engaged in an extensive program of human experimentation, using drugs, psychological, and other means in search of techniques to control human behavior,” as noted in the Interim Report of the Advisory Committee on Human Radiation Experiments, including dosing unsuspecting subjects with LSD under MK-ULTRA.

Of course, this is no way near as evil as targeting commuters with cyanide gas—never mind that the Pentagon detonated nukes in desert areas and monitored downwind residents for medical problems and mortality rates, the U.S. Navy sprayed a cloud of bacteria from ships over San Francisco, the military released clouds of zinc cadmium sulfide gas over Winnipeg, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Fort Wayne, the Monocacy River Valley in Maryland, and Leesburg, Virginia, joint Army-Navy-CIA experiments were conducted in which tens of thousands of people in New York and San Francisco were exposed to the airborne germs Serratia marcescens and Bacillus glogigii, the CIA released bacteria withdrawn from the Army’s biological warfare arsenal over Tampa Bay, Florida, the military released mosquitoes infected with Yellow Fever over Savannah, Georgia, and Avon Park, Florida, and finally Senate hearings in 1977 on Health and Scientific Research confirmed that 239 populated areas had been contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969, including San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Key West, Panama City, Minneapolis, and St. Louis (see Geoff Metcalf, The Mushroom Policy: Human Experimentation, NewsMax).

“The Department of Defense admitted in 1987 that, despite a treaty banning research and development of biological agents, it continued to operate research facilities at 127 facilities and universities around the nation,” writes Metcalf.

Dani Veracity, writing for News Target, adds further horrific detail to government and medical industry experimentation on citizens, who are basically considered little more than guinea pigs:
(1950 - 1953) The U.S. Army releases chemical clouds over six American and Canadian cities. Residents in Winnipeg, Canada, where a highly toxic chemical called cadmium is dropped, subsequently experience high rates of respiratory illnesses….
The U.S. Army secretly contaminates the Norfolk Naval Supply Center in Virginia and Washington, D.C.’s National Airport with a strain of bacteria chosen because African-Americans were believed to be more susceptible to it than Caucasians. The experiment causes food poisoning, respiratory problems and blood poisoning…
[1957] The U.S. military conducts Operation Plumbbob at the Nevada Test Site, 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas. Operation Pumbbob consists of 29 nuclear detonations, eventually creating radiation expected to result in a total 32,000 cases of thyroid cancer among civilians in the area.
In addition to the unsuspecting, the military and the medical establishment conducted thousands of experiments on infants, mental patients, soldiers, inmates, and others, injecting them with live cancer cells, exposing them to dioxin and other highly toxic chemicals, injecting radioactive thymidine into testicles, feeding test subjects feces infected with viral hepatitis, exposing human test subjects to hepatitis A, plague, yellow fever, Venezuelan equine encephalitis, Rift Valley fever, rickettsia and intestinal microbes, etc.

And I’m supposed to worry about “al-Qaeda”?

I'm anxiously awaiting to hear the justifications of how the military experimenting on us are protective measures and how the experiments carried out on soldiers is "supporting the troops".
