    Fairy nuff. Agreed on the case law inchoate offences point - certainly a prosecution here would be breaking new legal ground, but I wouldn't say it's beyond the realms of possibility. I also agree with you about the Penguin Books case and the others you cited; however , I think that as paedophilia is such an emotive public policy issue this takes it way beyond the pale of 'ordinary' pornography in that it 'outrages' the morals/ decency(even in this post-modern, relatavistic society in which we live) of all 'right-thinking people'; as such, it's a very different kettle of fish from Lady Chatterley or the 'Niggas' thing, or even hardcore porn
