    Bigger than just a complaint about "big oil" or corporations. And bigger than just a compaint about the Obama administration.


    It's sad that this is where we are today--that it's all about photo-ops and appearances. Furthermore, we are not discriminating enough as a populace to see through the smokescreen.

    Finally, this kind of stuff has a high price--it turns all of us into cynics. It means that pretty much any story, good or bad, we're looking for the slant, the punchline, the hidden agenda.

    I'm disturbed at what we've become.
