    Share your experiences with us - moving overseas, as well as several moves, having to say goodbye to friends, ect......

    I moved four times as the son of a career Air Force man--from the UK to Seymour-Johnson(NC), from Seymour-Johnson to Offutt(NE), from Offutt back to the UK, and from the UK to Randolph (TX). When we left Offutt, it was three months before we got to settle down in our own home as my dad had a TDY along the way, we stayed 3 weeks with my grandmother in NC before shipping out to the UK, and once we got there we stayed in temporary lodging for 2 months even though my dad was able to start his new assignment in downtown London.
