    Do you have a bumper sticker on your car? I see more and more every day, especially bumper stickers for certain churches.

    I like the idea of Church bumper stickers If I remember (that's a big IF) I am going to run that idea to our Church. I would rather see a Church bumper sticker with a positve message as opposed to some the crude ones that I have seen.

    My husband forbides stickers of any kind on the car or windows.

    Your husband forbids??? Wow.

    Personally, I don't like the problems that bumper stickers create. So instead, I put a bumper sticker in the back window.

    Bumper stickers went out with the 70's and the "I Found It" bumper sticker.

    Wouldn't go s o far as t 'Forbid' my wife to have a bumper sticker, but would actively work against the idea. So many are open to too many interpretations, or are too simplistic to express a worthwhile point of view ... and the others are just plain advertising .. Maybe i should have a "Ban Bumper Stickers" bumper sticker ....

    I've got two...

    Both say "Ben Streusand...Republican for Congress".

    They are on either side of my bumper.

    He lost in the primaries last year, but I'm just too lazy to take them off. :D

    When I had my car, I had a small NRA membership sticker in the back windshield.

    I Don't own a car.

    Most of the folks in my church have one of those fishes.

    Our church's pickuptruck has one that says:" I only break for Jezus." [​IMG]

    The chairman of the committee of elders drove around a couple weeks with one that said: "Follow me I'm behind the pope.", untill he noticed it....
    Yes I had glued that one on....

    Well, it happened! My wife brought home a bumper sticker and suggested I put it on my old pickup.
    LULING WATERMELON THUMP--Last Weekend in June.

    Many churches here have bumper stickers. I don't know why - I haven't seen this in other parts of the country, but it sure makes you drive better when one is on your car.

    Some of the bumper stickers I've seen are:
    "Peace be with you" (name of church)
    "Citizens of the Kingdom of God" (name of church)
    "Love God, Serve People, Live Grace" (name of church)
    "John 3:16" (name of church)
    "Rejoice in the Lord" (name of church)

    I got my bumper sticker on my back glass. It says
    "God Chaser...my soul follows hard after Thee". It has little feet prints going across it. Right above that is our 10" x 10" fire dept logo with the maltese cross...... I guess I ought to get some sort of Christian bumper sticker about fire huh? [​IMG]
