Bush waves financial sanctions on Saudi Arabia

The Bush crime family are business partners with Saudi Arabia, trading in oil, prostitutes, child sex workers, opium etc. The reason for the waiver.

Those nations rejected for financial assistance are acting independently of US criminal organizations and not submitting to their demands. If they don't abide by our rules there will be no financial assistance.

Manual Noriega who started out as a CIA drug asset was later arrested on eight accounts of drug trafficking because he disobeyed CIA directives and took an unauthorized cut of the profits.
